I’m somewhat confused. So if the assessed value is allowed to increase up to 3% annually, once you have that figure how do you calculate the new tax amount? Perhaps an example would help! Thanks!

I love this area. My grandparents lived just down the street on Mallory /Holman. I would have been thrilled to find something over there when I was house shopping 10 years ago, but as you say, there aren’t very many houses available in that neighborhood. Beautiful places over there.

Hi! I was just doing a little research and found a two-story version (similar cubic shape, brick, and pyramidal roof) with … black shutters.

I would would love a Minimal Traditional like that and oh, and with the original tile. Be still, my beating heart!
